The condo was perfect, very comfortable and more than enough room. Everything was clean and very well maintained. Tim was so friendly and super helpful the entire trip. The book with suggestions of places to eat and things to see was a great addition. I would highly recommend this property and would love to stay again!
Well maintained and furnished 2 bedroom condo unit in quiet, attractive complex - featuring a small beach, 2 heated pools, tennis court, small playground in a park-like setting, access to an adjacent nature preserve. We were 4 adults and an infant and had plenty of room. There is a closed-off porch which adds another air-conditioned room overlooking the back. No washer-dryer but a public one right behind. The owner, Tim Wagner, was very attentive, calling us before, during and after the visit to make sure our needs were being met. The unit is close to the beach and one of the pools. Area attractions we enjoyed: Desoto State Park, The Dali Museum, Saturday Farmer's Market downtown, Central Ave district, Florida Botannical Garden (at night for the Xmas light show but would like to return in the day ) Nearer home, sunsets over our beach, walking in Clam Bayou preserve. Publix, CVS, and Walmart very close.
What a fantastic property !! The owner (Tim) met us at the gate, to let us into the community. It is a very secure area ... great access to all the great beaches and museums. This condo is very clean, and it was wonderful having 2 bathrooms with teenagers with us. The pools are fantastic, and the laundry is right out the back door. Shopping is also very close if you forget anything too. I am looking forward to my next stay!
We had a great vacation at this property! Tim was very accomodating and nice, even dropped off the cooler and beach chairs for us to use! The beach is beautiful and full of wild life! We saw dolphins more than once and manatees, had a crane walking by us at the pool. I really enjoyed the layout of this apartment, nice and open! The kitchen had everything we needed. We cook and watch the kids !!! The pool is literally right across from the apartment and the laundry was right behind us which made it no hassle at all to get done. Your close to all Tampa attractions, the wonderful st. Petes beaches and just an hour from Orlando if your interested in visiting the parks we had more then one day in Orlando and it was not a bad drive at all. We had such a good time and enjoyed the apartment so much my kids want to move there! I recommend this location to anyone interested. Thanks Tim!
Our son, daughter, and their families loved their stay at Bermuda Bay! Their unit was lovely and well appointed. Check in and out went smoothly, thanks to owner Tim Wagner. Tim was so accommodating and accommodating. Bermuda Bay is in a great location for both beach access and downtown Saint Petersburg restaurants and attractions! I would definitely recommend this lovely unit for any family!
