The Genz Log House in the Forest is an air conditioned 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home situated on 160 acres of forested and farmed land in western Wisconsin. The second floor Loft Bedroom has a king size bed, sitting area with fireplace, hide-a-bed, and access to a second story deck. This bedroom shares a bath with the Dorm Bedroom which has a queen bed and two twin beds. The Master Bedroom with queen bed, private bath and walk-in closet is on the main floor. The large fully equipped kitchen has a gas freestanding fireplace in the eating area. There is a new stove, refrigerator and microwave, along with all new dishes, cookware, and utensils. A brick deck with a picnic table is right outside the kitchen door along with a covered deck and a covered walkway with a large gentle swing. The large comfortable living room has a fireplace with a heating insert, a television with VCR/DVD player, and leather couches. Available videos and DVDs can be ordered upon arrival. A piano and corner reading area make the living room comfortable for non-viewers too. A dining room has an antique table which has enough leaves to seat 10-12. The view of the forest from both living room and dining room is wonderful. The quiet is a blessing for those whose lives include much busy noise and confusion. |

Additional people would be $13 per person per day. One half due with reservation - this is refundable if the house is re-rented. The remainder is due at check in. |
