Description

Watersview is located on a dead end street in a very quiet section of Southampton in a private community known as Southampton Shores. North of Nyack Road, we are away from the crowds, but close enough when you are looking for more activity.

Living room also has own fireplace with open views of pool and secluded back yard. Four bedrooms up and one bedroom on the first floor. Basement is partially finished for a perfect playroom for the kids. Master bedroom has a king sized bed with walk in closet large bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and shower. Also has private balcony to back yard. Other three bedrooms upstairs all have queened sized beds and televisions. Downstairs has a queen and private bathroom. All room has cable TV while wi fi works throughout the house.
 
The location and breathtaking views surpass any you will find. After a day at the beach or the nearby freshwater pond - relax on the deck while experiencing a magnificent sunset.
Rates are the same regardless of season, so first come first serve.

This home has the most incredible views from almost every room of the house. Huge, comfortable and elegant. This is the best vacational rental home in the Hamptons.

This was the dream vacation of a life time. The sheets and were so soft, I couldn't believe these could exist. The pool was heated to the perfect temperature. The sunset views while in the huge hot tub I will never forget. It put the sparkle back in my hubbies eyes.
