Two large 3 bedroom townhouse style rentals, just steps to Sea View, Parker's River, and Middle Beaches in South Yarmouth.

Located in a quiet neighborhood on a dead-end street, ideal for families, just off of beautiful South Shore Drive.

Stroll down to the beach for a swim, or take a short drive up the street to visit all of Yarmouth's various attractions.  Mid Cape location means you are within a comfortable drive to everywhere on the Cape.

Rent one unit or both for a two family vacation.  Perfect summer activity base of operations.  Peaceful and private in the off-season as well. No smokers please.

We also enjoy the Cape during the summer, staying in a separate building on the same property. These units are not well suited to accommodate groups of college students due to the quiet family nature of the neighborhood.Each unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths.

Policy

Cancellation Policy:  Full refund of deposit (1/2 of rental fee) if notice of cancellation given prior to 60 days before commencement of rental period. After 60 days before commencement of rental period refund given upon re-rental of reserved week.
