Two story townhouse in Hilton Head Cabanas located on South Forest Beach Road. The Cabanas consist of 76 units in a square encompassing an exquisite courtyard, large pool, kiddie pool, and covered patio. The only access to the courtyard is through each unit making it private, safe, and not crowded. The ocean is a mere five minute walk down a private path just across the street.
Each unit has its own patio over looking an expanse of grass yard and pool area.
The condo is equipped with updated kitchen appliances, all amenities, including a washer and dryer.
The Master bedroom overlooks the pool and courtyard, has a new king bed, and has ample dresser and closet space. It also has a 40 inch Smart TV.
The second bedroom has two twin beds, and plenty of closet and dresser space.
The bathroom has ample room, plumbing upgrades, LED lighting, and tile floor.
A hallway connects he three rooms and has an additional closet.
The dining area will seat six around a solid wood table and chairs.
The living room area is furnished with a large modern couch, two straight back chairs, a recliner, and side tables. A 55 inch LED Smart TV is provided for your entertainment along with a DVR Player.
The half bath complements the first floor accordingly with the same upgraded plumbing.
The patio just outside the hurricane proof sliding door has a table and chairs, along with a small charcoal grill and a full size electric grill.
The condo is floored with carpet and tile.
Wireless interent is provided.
All linens and sheets are provided.
Please bring your own beach towels.
There is one assigned parking place directly in front of the unit with guest parking adjacent.
Garbage and recycle containers are provided with twice weekly pick up. No dumpsters in complex so no 5 AM wake up calls from the parking lot.
Security lighting surround the parking area. A small storage area contains the garbage cotainers and has additional storage available for beach items and towels. There are bicycle racks in the parking lots.

My husband spent our first wedding anniversary here for the weekend! Everything from start to finish was perfect! The place is super cute and very spacious! If it right across from the beach and many great restaurants are close by! It was a wonderful experience and we plan to stay again in the near future!
Walking distance to shops and restaurants in Coligny is a plus!. Literally across the street from the beach - a five minute walk! My favorite....looking out from the living room into the the beautiful courtyard to the pool. Only steps away from large pool for lap swimming, and as a bonus for small children is a one ft deep wade pool! There’s a covered patio portion of the pool area for shade. The unit is equipped with everything you could need. Everything is comfortable and well decorated. Can’t go wrong with this one!!
We love Hilton Head and all that it offers. Our daughter wanted to spend her sweet 16 in Disney, and driving from Ohio we thought a stopover in Hilton Head would be a great way to break up the journey. We usually vacation in Hilton Head once a year, typically staying in the Shipyard area. We wanted to try something different this time since we were only spending a quick 2 days. We arrived and were blown away with how perfect this condo was. The pictures just don't do it justice! It was immaculate, roomy, and the location is absolutely perfect. Literally a 5 minute walk to the beach, and the pool is just steps away from the patio! We couldn't have asked for more. The condo is fully stocked with all the amenities you could possibly need on a vacation. It made our short stay feel like home. We even met a few of the neighbors who were so nice and welcoming! Our 2 days flew by, and we honestly wished we could have stayed longer! All I can say is Thank You, and we will most definitely be back. Soon!
The condo was exceptionally clean and very well equipped! The convenience of the pool right outside our patio door and the beach just a short walk away was a wonderful plus! The condo was beautifully decorated and has all the amenities we needed! We have stayed in several VRBO's and this one was by far the cleanest and up to date! We would definitely stay here again!
We have been coming to Hilton Head for many years and stayed in a lot of places but this condo has it all. The unit was clean, very clean!!!!! It had everything we needed and a lot more. It has one of the best locations ever.....We will definitely come again. It was outstanding.
