Occupying a prime location, our air conditioned, detached villa is located on the exclusive Solana gated community, only 15 minutes drive from Disneyworld, and ideally situated on the US27 highway, providing rapid access to all the major attractions and theme parks - ( plus numerous golf courses located nearby ). THE LIVING ROOM The living room is fully carpeted and contains a 3 seater sleeper sofa (which can be configured as a fifth bed option ), a 2 seater sofa, coffee table and 2 matching end tables. You will also find a Dell Computer with high speed internet access. The villa also has a wireless router – so you can browse the internet from your own laptop if you prefer. The living room looks out to the front of the villa through a feature arched window.
THE DINING ROOM The dining room is also fully carpeted and contains a formal dining table with 6 chairs and buffet.
THE KITCHEN The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. Full oven and hob, microwave, double sink with waste disposal, large refrigerator / freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, blender / mixer, electric can opener and telephone.
THE NOOK The nook has a dining table and 6 chairs. It is situated right in the heart of the property and looks onto the kitchen and the Family Room
THE FAMILY ROOM The family room has a 3 seater sofa, a 2 seater sofa, a coffee table and two end tables. There is a 32" colour TV which is linked to cable and a DVD / Audio CD player. In the cabinet you will find numerous CDs and DVDs (including many latest releases and Disney films ) for your entertainment, an X-Box with 2 controllers and a selection of games. A set of patio doors leads out onto the covered porch, lanai and pool.
1ST MASTER BEDROOM AND ENSUITE BATHROOM The 1st master bedroom has a king sized bed, dresser, 2 night stands, clock radio, telephone and cable TV. There is a ceiling fan for added comfort. Through the en-suite bathroom there is a walk in closet. The en-suite bathroom comprises vanity unit, separate WC, bath tub, large shower, hair dryer, and fully tiled floor.
2ND MASTER BEDROOM AND ENSUITE BATHROOM The 2nd master bedroom has a queen sized bed, a dresser, 2 night stands, double wardrobe and cable TV. The en-suite bathroom comprises a vanity unit, hairdryer, WC, bath tub with overhead shower and a fully tiled floor.
BEDROOMS 3,4 AND 5 The 3rd double bedroom has 2 twin beds, a walk-in double wardrobe and cable TV. The 4th double bedroom has 2 twin beds, a dresser, a walk-in double wardrobe and cable TV. This bedroom is situated at the rear of the house and looks out over the pool area. Between these two bedrooms there is a 3rd bathroom comprising vanity unit, WC and bath with overhead shower. The floor is fully tiled. For additional flexibility the living room sofa bed can be readily configured as a fifth bed option.
POOL, SPA, LANAI AND SUNDECK The pool is East-West oriented for maximum sunshine. The surround and patio is paved for coolness (you don't burn your feet however hot the day is ), is fully screened and incorporates a luxury spa. The 26’ swimming pool can be heated if required. One end is 3' deep for the safety of children and non-swimmers the other 5'. It is well away from any traffic noise. Patio tables with chairs and 4 sun loungers are provided together with pool towels. There is a pool fence in front of all doors and windows leading to the pool area to ensure the safety of your children ( this can be removed if not required ).
GAMES ROOM Need to keep the children ( and grown ups ) out of mischief ? - Look no further than Cosmopolitan villa games room. There’s a 7 ft air hockey table with curved corners and a full aluminium rail. It's powered by a 110v blower motor and features an overhead scoring system with sound to give you a real game arcade experience. You can play with up to 4 players enabling all the family members young or old to take part, it’s addictive. We also have a DMI Sports Pro Soccer FT 250 Foosball with 3 man goalie rods for fast non-stop play. Complete with abacus scoring system, burgundy and cream players for the ultimate foosball challenge. No Games Room would be complete without a Pool Table - and we have a superb 8ft slate bed unit, with a set of Pool Balls – plus a set of Snooker Balls if you fancy a different game.

SOLANA RESORT LOCATION Solana is located within the Orlando 'Golden Triangle', situated on the US27, between the US192 and the I4 Freeway – these are the two main arterial routes to and from the Disney theme parks – the positioning of the Solana resort benefits from two routes straight into the action. Additionally, Solana resort offers motorists the facility to join the “clockwise” flow of Disney traffic without crossing the US27 carriageway – an important safety feature for drivers unfamiliar with driving in the USA !. |

An additional charge of £15 ($25) per day is applicable should you wish the pool heated - please note that the pool heater will be required for full use of the spa. We can also provide a cot/crib, high chair, baby bath, and baby monitor on request free of charge, If you require additional items the hire can be arranged on your behalf - just ask us for details. Terms and Conditions Of Booking : Please contact us for our full terms and conditions, however here are the main points to note. A £125 or $225 per week deposit is required to confirm the booking ( reservations cannot be guaranteed until receipt of deposit payment ) Final payment is due at least 8 weeks prior to travelling. We also ask for a small security deposit to be paid, which will be refunded within 28 days of your vacation ending, dependent on a property inspection. Cancellations More than 8 weeks prior, 25% of the cost of the villa rental. Between 8 and 4 weeks prior, 50% of the cost of the villa rental. Less than 4 weeks notice will result in the full cost being paid. |

We really enjoyed every minute of our stay to the Cosmopolitan Villa Solana Resort. It was quiet, secure, fun and closed to all what we expected to go for our fist trip to Florida. We used the pool and the games room every day/night of our stay. Disney was less than 15 minutes from our villa. We went see the crocodiles at less than 1 hour from our villa. All the children were excited in listening Captain Tom's histories and having a ride on his airboat. We really appreciated the entertainment available at Karen & Aidan's villa and the proximity of nice restaurants, great stores and night life. Thank you Karen & Aidan for a trip that my husband, nephew, niece, sister, brother-in-law and I will remember all of our life.
Our stay in the Cosmopolitan Villa was the 'silver lining' of an extended stay in Orlando due to the Icelandic Volcano ash cloud. We've stayed in many villas in Orlando and elsewhere in the region and this property really is a 5 star destination. Every member of the family is well cared for in the property and the little touches really make it a 'home from home'. The villa is equipped with everything you need to have a very comfortable, relaxing stay in Florida. The resort has a very relaxed atmosphere and includes an excellent club house with a nice pool and other facilities; the staff at the clubhouse are very helpful. Location wise the property couldn't be better; close enough for access to everything that Orlando (and the Gulf Coast) has to offer but far enough out to be peaceful and quiet. Shops and Restaurants are close by to provide all the usual essentials you need to make your stay enjoyable. The excellent personal attention from Karen and Aidan is the perfect icing on a very nice cake!
We stayed in this villa in june '09 for 2 weeks, when we arrived we were very impressed, house was lovely and clean, lots of extras(comfy beds, lots of fresh clean linen, TV in every room, plenty of cooking utensils and much more), very much home from home, no expense had been spared, some days it was a shame you to had to go out, as there was so much to do there ie, pool, games room, even a gym not 2 minutes away. The first day we were there the phone rang and it was the owner Aiden to see if everything was ok, which we have never had before, nice touch. We were about 10 minutes from Disney, depending on the traffic and about 30 minutes from universal all very easy to get to.there are obviously plenty of places to eat around this area, the chinese all you can eat on the 192 well worth a visit as is the Red lobster and the Black Angus plus many more, also there is a huge publics and wallmart, if you prefer to eat in, oh and there are also plenty of places to do some serious shopping, for the discounted designer outlet we used Premium outlet which was about 15 minutes away off of the i4 and for the posh shops we used the Mall at Millenia, I would definitely recommend this property to friends and have done so already, This is definitely a holiday home not to be missed, happy holidays
