Views of Shavers Lake and the mountains. Recently remodeled. Very clean & cozy!! You will totally feel at home in this lovely condo. Only steps away from The Village and the Ballhooter lift. Once you arrive, park in the security-guarded lot and you won’t have to drive again until you are ready to leave. Restaurant, lounge and Conference Center are all on-site. Expanded bathroom. Wall mount TV in bedroom (queen). Sleeps four comfortably.

The condo was perfect for the two of us when we came down to watch our son in the Collegiate Mountain Bike Nationals in October. Though the Lodge building itself is a little dated, Chris's condo was clean, attractive, in good repair, had everything we needed, and was superbly located; the races were starting within sight (!), and we could easily walk everywhere in the attractive resort. The only downside was a difficult arrival in the middle of the night; the instructions we had were inadequate. I suggest contacting the Lodge ahead if you plan to do this. Other notes: Verizon Cellular does not work, but there is Wifi (ask for it at the front desk). Daily maid service was a plus, as were the washing machines in a room down the hall.
The condo was very nice and convenient to the village and shops. We were there in May, so no snow, but had a great time watching the trail bikers race down the slopes and then the bikes (and riders) coming back up on the chair lift. Very convenient to other sights, such as the Cass Scenic railroad just down the road. Condo was well equipped, quiet, and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking down on the lake.
We had a great experience staying in one of Chris & Alison's properties (ML238). Chris was easy to get in touch with, and was able to answer any questions I had before the stay. The condo itself was just as described, having every amenity one might need for a weekend on the mountain. Parking, check-in and check-out were all quick and painless. I would definitely stay in any of their properties if the opportunity presents itself again.
