3 miles east of Inverness is Marian and Richards vacation rental home at 3a Resaurie Smithton. This is a quiet community adjacent to farm land with views over the Moray Firth to the north, the Black Isle and the Ross-shire hills. 3a Resaurie holiday rental is a 3 star Tourist Board B&B. There is one upstairs double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and colour television, downstairs there is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom with two single beds. The ground floor rooms share an adjacent bathroom. All bedrooms have views to the north over open country. There is a lounge for guests downstairs with colour television. All rooms have wash hand basin and tea/coffee making facilities. The view from Marian and Richard's lounge - where you will be made welcome - is a great way to relax and soak up the scenery. High tea or evening meals are available for guests who give 24 hours notice together with any special dietary requirements. Packed lunches can also be provided with prior notice. A laundry service is available for guests staying more than one night with a request for a donation to Highland Hospice for this. There is ample off road parking and secure cycle storage. 3a Resaurie is a non smoking establishment. |
