Description

Boktop is perched high atop Oyster Pond Hill in a gated community above Dawn and Oyster Pond beaches and the Oyster Pond Marina.  The home enjoys spectacular 360-degree views - spanning the eastern coastline of French St. Martin and stretching to nearby St. Barths, Anguilla, Nevis, St. Kitts and Sint Eustatius.

The Main house has an eat-in kitchen, dining room, living room, indoor/outdoor bar/lounge, and an outdoor garden terrace - each of which becomes the ideal place to relax and take in the light during a certain hour of day.  Three separate hexagonal shaped cliff-hanging bungalow/bedrooms provide privacy for all guests.  Each bungalow has a well-appointed bedroom, full bath, terrace and unobstructed views of the sea.  A fourth guest bedroom, also with full bath, is located below one of the bungalows.  Please read our PHILOSOPHY for amenity details.  Caretaker, Felix, is available 24/7.  Both Felix and Perla, (who cleans three times a week) are longtime, trusted family friends.
