Located on the island paradise, Crescent Arms is a quiet, beach front, high rise condominium building that is ideally located at Siesta Key Beach on the Gulf of Mexico. Our condo is corner Gulf front, and has a panoramic waterfront view of the Gulf and beach. You can walk the white powdery sand beach to the village of Siesta Key and enjoy the shops, cafes and wonderful restaurants or you can stay at the condo and enjoy the view.
Relax in the heated pool after a day of strolling on the pristine, white sandy beach.
Our gulf waters are emerald green and crystal clear, and our snow white sandy beaches only magnify its beauty. Our sunsets are just the beginning of a gorgeous evening, or the start of an exciting nightlife with restaurants and other attractions nearby
Siesta Key is a little piece of heaven. Early morning hours you will see dolphins playing in the gulf right from your lanai. Our unit is both beautiful and comfortable. Enjoy all the comforts of home while being right on the beach. We are located minutes from the Siesta Village with shops and restaurants. We are also near St. Armand's Circle with its trendy shopping. Sarasota has all the social and cultural attractions you could desire.

This was the best condo my husband and I have ever stayed at. It felt just like home. They had everything we needed. Plenty of bath towels which is a huge plus for me. They even had beach towels so just leave yours home. There is a small grocery store you can just walk to and you must go to the sniki toke Resteraunts. The best clam chowder ever. Another great thing we loved was the "free ride" into the village. You only need to tip so that was great for not having to drive. The beachfront at our condo was amazing. The sand was like baby powder. We saw a lot of Dolphins too. We will definitely be coming back there. Thanks Julie!
Thank you for a wonderful week at your condo. The location is great. This is the most beautiful beach we've ever been to. We enjoyed walking and shelling every morning and beautiful sunsets at night. The condo is very clean and comfortable. Very easy to work with Julie! We would recommend this to our friends. Good food at Phillipi Creek Village Restaurant, stay away from City Pizza - worst pizza ever! Thanks again!
We recently stayed at this condo and had a wonderful stay. The location is the best part as it is directly on the beach. We spent a lot of time on the screened porch enjoying the view. The Sunsets are spectacular. The unit is very well kept and comfortable. You have everything you need. The complex is really nice with good landscaping and very clean in all public areas We loved that we could walk to a small grocery store and could get the few items we wanted. We also walked to Clayton's restaurant and really enjoyed their breakfasts. Other shops and restaurants are just a short drive away. The owner is very easy to work with and made sure we had all the information we needed before we arrived. We hope to be able to return soon.
Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful condo with us for a second year. We loved the upgrades. It has all the comforts of home and is so spacious and clean. The view of the ocean is fabulous and sitting on the screened in balcony every morning for breakfast was awesome. A great location! The owner is so easy to work with as well and makes everything smooth and stress free for the perfect vacation. We hope to return again but maybe not in August. We were told that August is a rainy month in Siesta Key and we did have a lot of rain. Thank you Julie for everything!! We would highly recommend the following restaurants-The Lobster Pot, Yoders Restaurant, Phillippi Creek Village Restaurant and Oyster Bar, Walts Fish Market and The Boatyard Waterfront Bar and Grill (all awesome).
Just returned from two wonderful weeks in Siesta Key. This condo is as beautiful as the pictures, It was clean and well maintained, well furnished and comfortable. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you can possiby think of. The view is amazing and location was perfect. All you need to bring is beach towels and sunblock. Check out the Casey Key Fish House, you won't be disappointed!! Looking forward to returning next year.
