The home beautifully combines comfort, art, and luxury in a rustic seaside setting. There is a full gourmet kitchen with all the conveniences, indoor and outdoor dining, and a living room with a complete home entertainment center.

There are three cozy suites; each with its own distinctive style, each with a comfortably-furnished covered patio or courtyard, each with a mosquito net canopy bed, overhead fan, and air conditioning.

Simonetta, bordering the reef, boosts five restaurants, three dive centers, fishing guide service, small general store, and a growing community of solar-powered homes; all in easy walking distance.

Simonetta vacation rental rates $150 per night. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Policy

Prices include all taxes and charges, daily cleaning of the room and the \'apartment, change of bed linen and towels every 5 days, the use of the kitchen, the breakfast.
