This fabulous studio provides an ideal milieu for the renewal of body, mind and spirit. Situated on gorgeous Seville, it is worlds away from the busy resorts, yet just minutes from shopping, restaurants, casinos and nightlife.

Seville offers studio spacious and airy bedrooms on the main level. Directly facing the sea, one can take full advantage of panoramic beach and ocean views. Each room has hand decorated and rubbed cathedral ceilings and opens to private pergola covered terraces.

 A masterpiece of elegance and design, the main living area is composed of a great room, a distinct kitchen, and cozy alcove. Personal chef and helping staff can be arranged, and when it is, recessed panels fully close off the kitchen for privacy. The niche is furnished with deep cushioned love seats, television and a selection of books, CD's and audio equipment.

Rates are the same regardless of season, so first comes first serve basis.

Visitors to vacation rental studio can expect to stay in comfort, with all the essential amenities to ensure that your stay is fun, safe and enjoyable.

Policy

Our Rates are:
70,00 euros per night 2 pax
420,00 euros per week 2 pax
1190,00 euros per month 2 pax
We got special rates for holy week and April fear of Seville
For reservations over 600,00 euros, holy week and April fear of Seville, we will ask for a 50% bank transaction.
We charge 20,00 euros for arrivals after 22:00 hours.
