We have 2 kayaks for your personal use, the beautiful 2-mile Riverwalk and Sebastian State Park nearby, and unspoiled beaches on the Sebastian inlet just minutes away. Bring your pet there's plenty of yard space and a pet park on the river just two doors down. And of course bring your choice of watercraft as there are two boat ramps within a mile and your own personal boat dock out back! Check out these great amenities and local attractions:

Policy

Our rental rates include all taxes and fees.
�We require an additional $200.00 security deposit at the time of reserving your stay,
�and we send you by e-mail a short term rental contract to sign and return with the deposit.
�We accept personal checks, mastercard, and visa.
�Full rental payment becomes due 2 weeks prior to your arrival.
�The $200.00 security deposit is fully refunded to you within 7 days of your departure assuming there are no damages to the house.
�After all payments are received we send you detailed checking in/out instructions,
as well as the access code and location of the house keys.
