Schroecken is famous because it counts to the snowiest areas in europe. In winter there is a great ski area close to the ARLBERG. There are lots of possibilitys for freeskiing.

Schroecken is a village with 240 people. Its on an altitude of 1500m and it\'s part of the Bregenzerwald in Vorarlberg. In summer there are lots of possibilitys to walk and hike and in winter its perfect for skiing.

Schroecken is very close to the famous ARLBERG. In the ski area there are 15 lifts and about 68 km prepaired slopes.

In Schroecken you find an impressive nature. Its calm and let everybody find himself in this area on the active and sportive way or just to relax.

Skiers from December til April. Sommerseason from june to october

The closest aerport is Friedrichshafen or Memmingen in Germany. There are shuttles to get to Schroecken, which can be booked on www.mytransfer.at
