Description

THE CHALET AND THE APARTMENT :

At 1250 meters altitude, the vacation apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of a chalet in a private hamlet between the village of La Giettaz-en-Aravis and the "Col des Aravis" mountain pass. South-facing, the apartment benefits from a maximum amount of sunshine, with a large balcony, you can enjoy the sun with a beautiful view over the Beaufortain Massif Range.

The apartment has a large 32 sq m living room (with kitchen, dining area and living room), three bedrooms (12 sq m, 11 sq m and 7 sq m), one bathroom and a separate WC. The living room and two of the bedrooms open onto the balcony.

Located in a isolated and private hamlet, children can play safely around the chalet (it's a private road with very little traffic and you can go sledging on the sloped meadows next to the chalet in winter).

You can park your car(s) next to the chalet, on a private parking area. For the winter holiday, room is left for you in the basement to store your skis; in the boiler room, you can store your ski boots and ski clothes to dry them off and make them warm.

If you want to come with friends and family, there are two studio apartments (one for 4/5 persons and the other for 2/3 persons) which can also be rented in the chalet on the ground floor. The dining room is large enough to all eat together if you like.
