This condo unit is completely furnished and equipped for your ideal oceanfront vacation. Master bedroom has Queen-size bed with plush top mattress, dressing area, walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed. There is a bonus room for TV watching and an afternoon nap. Take in the great, direct east ocean views from balconies off the living room and the master bedroom. Enjoy the view of surfers, watching cruise ships, or just relax to the soothing sounds of the ocean right from your living room.  Just bring your toothbrush and sunscreen.

The private pool area overlooks the ocean and includes an attached common area that offers kitchen facilities, restrooms and lounge. Oceanside pool area provides private access to the beach.  You will enjoy walking the beach for those long sunny days, playing in the surf or searching for sea shells.

This unit is centrally located in Satellite Beach within minutes of amenities such as grocery stores, pharmacies, shopping, Movie Theaters, fast foods, surf shops, and fine restaurants.  Only 60 minutes from Disney World, Universal Studios, Animal Kingdom; 20 minutes from the space center, Cape Canaveral and its famous Cruise Port. Daily cruise ships offer gambling and free admission.

Unit has a private, secure garage for parking with automatic garage opener.  No smoking is allowed in the unit. Pets under 30 pounds are allowed with an extra deposit payment.
