This storybook Tudor cottage is in a quiet neighborhood, centrally located to many of Santa Barbara's best destinations! It is walkable to State Street restaurants and theaters, and all public transportation! This is an elegantly furnished upper level apartment with views of the mountains. It has a full kitchen, a large living room and a Master bedroom with bedroom with a super comfy queen bed, a full bathroom, and French doors leading onto two private patios on either side. One patio has and in ground jacuzzi and fountain, the other patio has a gas grill, a table and four chairs for your morning coffee or evening wine. There is a fountain here as well. Beautiful , lush plants surround the property, including espaliered fruit trees. The second bedroom has two extra long twin beds. There is a 2nd full bathroom in the hallway, adjacent the guest bedroom. The highlight of the kitchen is a refurbished 1945 Westin and Holly gas range that works well! The gleaming Chrome is a sight to behold! There is a Sub Zero, a Bosch dishwasher and french Waterworks plumbing. There is off street parking with an EV Charger for your Environmentally conscientious vehicle. There is only a 5 minute drive to the beaches or you can walk downtown and in 6 blocs, catch the electric shuttle that will take you to the beaches, the Harbor or the zoo. Easy access to freeways. There is a laundry room on site. Cable TV in the living room and Master bedroom, and internet included!

This is a perfect place to call home for a couple days while I'm in Santa Barbara. It truly feels welcoming but upscale, down to the small touches like bathrobes and high end soaps. I've stayed here before and am so lucky to have found this hidden gem. Every time I visit Santa Barbara, I'll be staying here!!
We just spent two weeks at this lovely apartment and were very happy with our experience. The apartment is very comfortable in every way ... the furnishings, the bed, the linens, cable TV, wifi ... all offered the luxury feel of a 5 star hotel but with a fully appointed kitchen and laundry facilities. It is located in a residential area that offers easy access to State Street restaurants and shops. Definitely recommend.
This property is beautiful. The decor and finishes are outstanding and the apartment is so comfortable and relaxing. It's in a great location and our stay couldn't have been better. The owner was a pleasure to interact with and was extremely responsive. Stay here...you'll be thrilled you did.
This is our third trip to SB and each time we stayed in a rented house or apartment found through vrbo or airbnb. Betsy's apartment is by far the best one we've ever stayed in. The neighborhood is very convenient to everything we wanted to do - from wine tasting, to dining, to beach going. The landscape of the property is perfectly manicured with lights and plants in all the right places. The apartment over the garage of the main house is perfect for a couple to stay in. The design and decor of the apartment is completely top notch. The furniture, bedding, and kitchen utensils are of excellent quality. The bedroom, bathroom and kitchen are all perfectly sized for a couple to use and nothing felt cramped. Communication with Betsy was super easy and efficient. There are also some wonderful personal touches throughout the apartment that made us feel right at home. I highly recommend Betsy's apartment for a couple visiting the area.
This is such a cute and cozy place to stay. It is well equipped and close to lots of great things to do in Santa Barbara. The apartment is well maintained and very clean. It is completely separate from the owner's house and there is a lot of privacy. I would totally recommend it to a single person or a couple. I had meals at Scarlet Begonia, Los Agaves, and Jane and loved them all. I had a great hike to Inspiration Point and did the cliff walk at Arroyos Beach Burro Park. So many things to do in Santa Barbara and so little time!
