Enjoy beautiful Sanibel Island from this very special luxurious penthouse condominium that affords fabulous views of the beach, a private rooftop sundeck, and all the amenities of home. Enjoy our beautifully appointed kitchen that was totally remodeled. The condo was updated in 2013 including an new master bathroom, all new furniture, mattresses,, lighting, fans, etc. The guest bathroom was renovated this month. All new appliances were also added October 2018. We continually monitor and replace items so our condo is in excellent condition and beautifully appointed.
All rentals run from Saturday to Saturday and no rentals are less than 1 week. We accept the maximum of 5 guests at anytime!
Sanibel is a lush tropical island adjacent to Ft. Myers on the west coast of Florida. From the minute you cross the bridge onto the island, you feel like you are in a tropical paradise far away. Travel to this island is convenient from anywhere in the United States.
Sanibel is between Pine Island Sound and the Gulf of Mexico. The beaches are world renowned for shelling. Two thirds of the island is permanently designated as protected nature preserve.

This penthouse is available for you to enjoy a fabulous vacation with panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico, sunrises, and sunsets (in the winter months). The condo looks better in person than it does in pictures. Renee was great to deal with and answered e-mails very promptly as well as checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going well.
We enjoyed the complex’s amenities as well as the non crowded beaches. Renee was in constant contact to check in on us and assure all was well. The condo itself has awesome views, was clean , updated and stocked with anything you could want. Would recommend this place to anyone!
I loved our stay in this condo! My husband and I went without children to celebrate our 20th anniversary. The beach was not crowded, and the condo was comfortable, clean, and updated with everything we could need or want for our stay! We can't wait to take the kids. The beach waves were perfect for the little one, and for the teenagers to float. I would feel safe with them walking down the beach in this location. Access to the closet with all the things we would need on the beach was so convenient! Renee was attentive, and responded quickly when I sent an email saying we had made it and were very happy with the condo. She gave great instructions on checking in and checking out, and sent an email stating that we would be receiving our security deposit to us within 24 hours. Overall, we hated leaving, and would love to stay again!
We really loved the ocean views and close beach access from this condo. The condo was roomy, comfortable and quiet. The staff at Pointe Santo was friendly and made sure the pool and beach area amenities were neat and orderly. Renee was great about keeping in touch to make sure everything was going well.
This lovely 2 bedroom condo is beachfront with great views and a bonus roof top sundeck. Inside the condo has been completely redone and has a spacious master bedroom and bathroom. The guest bedroom is very large and nicely appointed and decorated. The kitchen has all the cookware needed for a beach vacation. This condo was super clean and well taken care of, it really was perfect for our family of 5. If only the weather could have been. A little Polar blast but sunny just the same.
