This unit is a good value for a beach front property. When my family was not out enjoying the island we were just relaxing on this lanai enjoying the breeze and the beautiful views!
My family comes to Sanibel every year, but this year I came to Sanibel for a girls trip and had the most wonderful time. The condo had EVERYTHING you could need and the beach equipment was awesome. We used the beach umbrellas, chairs (6+), pool noodles, and coolers. This helped tremendously as we traveled by plane and didn't have anything extra like this with us. Close proximity to the beach and not very crowded at all. We watched a variety of birds every day while sitting on the lanai and a couple nights we saw several dolphins. The view from the lanai was amazing and had great seating to just sit and listen to the ocean, which we did often. Minor complaints were 1) that the ice maker didn't produce that much ice, so we had to go to Bailey's General Store to buy bags of ice if we wanted to keep a cooler at the beach all day with us and 2) the vacation property requests that you keep the temperature at 75 and this is not comfortable when the temperature outside is 80+. Overall, the unit is nice and well worth every penny for the ocean view. The beds were quite comfortable and there were tons of linens, towels, and even beach towels. The washer and dryer were a great addition. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others. -
This place was awesome. Was very well stocked, it was nice and the condo area in general was very nice. Enjoyed our stay and will book it again. (But it does need a new mattress on the sofa bed!)
We loved our stay. The condo had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable the location was exactly as expected and the view is gorgeous. Fluffy soft white towel- always nice.
