Our ‘El Caribe’ unit is our largest unit, capable of sleeping 9 adults. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a private patio.
BEDROOMS : Two of the bedrooms have queen beds (152 cm x203 cm) and private attached bathrooms. The third bedroom has bunk beds with 3 twin beds and one full size. The full size bed is 137x191 cm. The 3 twins are 99 x 191 cm. All beds have high count linens. The third private bathroom in in the hallway of this apartment. This bathroom features an ultra modern steam shower.
This unit is perfect for family or or a group of friends. This apartment offers a dining area, outside dining on the patio, HDTV projection TV (enjoy your shows on the big screen), in room safes, USB chargers, and fast WiFi.
The kitchen is modern and packed with useful things such as a blender for your tropical drinks, a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, chef style oven, microwave, coffee maker with enough coffee for at least your first night, complete tea service (with herbal and green teas), and high quality Circulon cooking pans.
We have 7 other units of various sizes, some larger, some smaller. All of our units are in the same private building in Ocean Park, very close to Isla Verde. All units are completely private with their own entrances and each with its own private bathroom(s), kitchens, free WiFi, Air Conditioning, in room safes, USB chargers, and Cable TV. Some units offer steam showers, or two person double showers. All apartments are themed with Puerto Rico and its culture in mind, from our "El Yunque" unit celebrating the rain forest, to "La Fabrica", a nod to the rum industry in Puerto Rico.
We include many extras, never with an extra fee, including parking, bicycles, beach chairs, soaps/shampoos, laundry use and much more.
Our on site management call this their home and know the neighborhood, restaurants, and travel tips to make your trip the most enjoyable.

Cancellation must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival for full reimbursement. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival are reimbursed 80% of their total. Cancellations less than 7 days are charged in full. Our cancellation insurance is available at time of reservation and will ensure 100% reimbursement of your accommodations cost at Coqui del Mar for last minute cancellations, delayed flights, family or work emergencies, depressed house pets or any other reason.
