Have been here before many times. Edward is awesome to work with. Condo has everything you need. Best area to be able to walk anywhere.
(Possible duplicate review, first one not acknowledged by system) Please read Rafael G's review (July '15) and know that nothing has changed in terms of the owner's customer service, or the convenience, cleanliness and amenities of the property. This is a excellent value, just check the rates of hotels in Old San Juan. We travelled with our senior companions as part of an Anniversary celebration for my wife and I. Without asking, Ed had wine, flowers, and chocolates awaiting on the entry table awaiting our arrival. How's that for consideration? Our travel companions were very pleased with my selection and were blown away with my descriptions of Ed's customer service and accessibility. Would we go back? In a heartbeat. It's a great neighborhood, comfortable for tourists, hipsters, travelers and seniors. I liked the street scene of walkers, sidewalk restuarants, music and a wealth of shops to stop into and look for goods and souvenirs. Don't think twice about staying here, I could spend weeks here! This is a great property. Near the beach (maybe 300 feet) but far enough so you aren't bothered by the beach noise. With I. Easy walking distance of restaurants, casino, stores but not in the middle of it all. Apartment is well appointed with comfortable beds and furniture. Full kitchen and any other amenity you would need. Owner is wonderful and Very responsive. Had a great time. Will not hesitate to rent here again!
We loved the condo. Perfect location and the owner was so helpful making sure we had all the info we needed for our stay. It was like be home away from home. Can't wait to go back. Definitely would recommend this place for anyone going to Condado.
You know how you hate to tell everyone about an amazing restaurant because you fear other people will like it too and it becomes so busy that you can't eat there when you go? Well, that is how I feel about Edward's condo. Edward was very easy to deal with via phone and email. The location of this place is probably its best selling point. It is directly on Ashford Avenue adjacent to the Marriott and La Concha hotels. It is practically across the street from Walgreens and CVS. There are numerous restaurants, bars, and boutiques nearby. The beach is about a 30-second walk from the main entrance. Since parking is virtually non-existent in the Condado area (or in any other part of San Juan, for that matter), the parking space was a huge deal for us since we had a rental car. The view from the balcony is beautiful, getting an 8th floor view of the sea. Despite being smack dab in the middle of a bustling area, the bedrooms are quiet. Some outside noise is noticeable in the living area, kitchen, and bathrooms since they are adjacent to the exterior breezeway overlooking the city streets. The AC's were cold, the water was hot, the beds were comfortable, the fridge was cold, and the coffee maker worked. I would definitely stay here again.
