Loma or up the hill to the zoo. Watch the planes silently. land at SD Airport. Take the trolley wherever you want to go throughout San Diego or the Coaster up to Solana Beach or Oceanside. All transportation within minutes of your condo.

Two flat screen televisions inside with WiFi. Your own laundry. King bed in master with large bathtub and shower and queen in second bedroom with its own bathroom and shower. Air Conditioning for those unusual hot San Diego days and overhead fans in each bedroom.

Enjoyed little Italy and the surrounding area! condo worked great for us! especially with the 2 parking spaces included with the rental! kitchen was updated and stocked well! Slight noise with a work out studio located below the unit, but didn't bother us. Thanks for the great stay in Little Italy

Urban condo in great location

This condo was in a great location -steps from all the restaurants in Little Italy, two blocks from the trolley green line, and a 5 minute walk to the harbor. Condo is comfortable and met our needs for the 5 weeks we stayed. If you are not used to urban living, you may find the area a little noisy--there is a pilates studio downstairs that you can hear whenever a class is being held and the usual nightlife sounds in an urban area. We are used to living in a big city so we enjoyed our stay very much. The condo is less than 5 minutes from the highway ramps for I-5 so easy to get everywhere in San Diego. The Saturday market in Little Italy is two blocks from the condo and definitely worth a visit.

Stayed at judys condo for 2months. It was great!! Condo was perfect, great location, wonderful building. Close to everything. No need for car as the public transportation was readily available. Thanks Judy!!

Great Condo and Great Location

We stayed in Judy's condo the last half of September. We found it to be clean, neat and well equipped. It is a great location in Little Italy within an easy walk to all the area restaurants and to the trolley. There is nice, secured underground parking in a secured building. The unit is on the second floor of an elevated building. You go up one flight to the two bedrooms. You go down one flight to the laundry. The rooftop deck is fun with a good view of the harbor. There is also a nice gym in the building. During our stay there were some plumbing problems in the building and they had to work in our unit for one whole day with scaffolding, ladders, noise and dust. This work probably could have been scheduled when the unit was vacant as nothing was really accomplished during the work. It was exploratory in nature and not really a repair. Also, after our stay we had to send two emails to ask for our damage deposit refunded. But, all in all, it was a great time and a great condo.

Cannot say enough about how perfect both the condo and the location are. It looks even better than the photos. We traveled with good friends who had never been to San Diego (we are former residents). They are already planning a return! We parked the car in the secure underground garage the first day and didn't use it again until we reluctantly left the condo and San Diego. The rooftop deck was beautiful, the condo spacious, with two large bedrooms. We walked to great restaurants and took the trolley (two short blocks away) and ferry to enjoy the city and its many charms. Judy, the condo owner, has provided everything needed for an amazing stay. We would highly recommend this beautiful condo.
