This is a 3 story urban loft style house.. It is 2 bedrooms with 2 1/2 baths. Both bedrooms have a Cal King and the master Also has a comfy foldout eurolounger. There is a Queen size Murphy bed in the living room. All beds and linens of course are new. There is also a big comfy couch. There is an 80" TV and sound bar. A printer for the business people. It's impressive, you will love the artwork.
THIS CANNOT BE A PARTY HOUSE. THERE ARE FULL TIME NEIGHBORS ALL AROUND. THEY ARE NICE PEOPLE BUT THEY DONT WANT ANY NOISE OUT ON THE BALCONY AFTER 10:00 PM. |

The house is huge with high ceilings! I loved the industrial design on the inside. Two huge showers and an extra bathroom. We enjoyed our visit so much! We were right in the heart of downtown so when we stepped outside we were there! I loved the combination lock on the door so we didn't need to bring a key with us. We had so much fun exploring the city everyday then in the evenings we relaxed on the super comfortable couch in the den. We even cooked and stayed in one night. The kitchen has everything you need. It was so nice going home with clean clothes thanks to the washer and drier provided. We loved our visit and would definitely rent this house again!
This is a very nice property. We had 5 guys in San Diego for a baseball weekend and found this unit more than satisfactory. We slept 5 and had plenty of space for each of us in our own bed. The property is very clean, location was fabulous. An easy walk to petco and many restaurants bars coffee shops. Marty made the check in very easy and was very responsive the the questions we had. Highly recommended.
As a family of 5 the space was plentiful, open, and creative. The lay out is well thought out providing plenty of seating in the kitchen. The kitchen was clean, clean, clean well stocked with plenty of coffee, cleaning supplies, bbq grill. There is fast wifi, a large flat screen with great sound bar and plenty of options for movies. The location is easy walking distance to PetCo stadium, Gaslamp, central location to get to highways, restaurants, bars and a 24hour fitness .6mi away. I would highly recommend this location.
Amazing experience. Marty has excellent communication and hospitality skills. He ensured that we were well informed and taken care of during the trip, even well before the trip date! He went above and beyond to increase our comfort level and accommodations. The home and location are absolutely perfect. We felt safe, secure and overly impressed with the measures provided. We could walk or uber to all the most popular restaurant, beach, mall, stadium and tourist locations. The home is immaculate with everything you need in bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen and pantry. The design style and layout are breathtaking. The pictures do this home no justice. Our bachelorette party was in love this home and as the renter, I couldn't be any more pleased with my first rental experience. Many thanks to Marty as this was a beautiful transaction and home. Highly recommended!!
A group of us attended a conference at the Hyatt. This was about a 20 minute walk for us. The space was fantastic. Awesome kitchen, close to grocery stores and other amenities. It was a 5 minute walk to Petco! The owner was very responsive to my questions/issues. The street noises could be a little loud, especially in the lower bedroom, but way better than being in a hotel! Many thanks. I would highly recommend staying here.
Location, location, location!!! Building was situated in Gas Lamp just steps from everything you would need. Owner was very responsive to our questions on site. The house is urban deco and is equipped with all the amenities you may need. Very nice open space; so, know that noise travels between rooms. We would definitely stay here on our next trip to San Diego.
The property suited our needs perfectly. I rented the apartment for myself and my colleagues to attend a conference at the convention center. Everyone had there own space and the kitchen, dining area and living room were great places for everyone to gather. Beds were comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms were beautifully decorated with a modern pallet. Only very, very minor complaint was that the shades could have been a little darker to block out street light. Otherwise a great property. We would definitely stay again!
This place was pretty perfect for us. We went with our small team and there was plenty of space for all of us to sleep well (the beds are super comfortable) and space to work during the day. We were there for events and conferences, and this place is wonderfully located, just a walk or short Uber/Lyft from pretty much anywhere. There's also a keyless entry, which is pretty awesome when 4 people are coming and going. The space could be a little bright and a little noisy at times (hey that's city life), but it didn't bother me and I'm a light sleeper. If that might be a concern for you, I recommend a sleep mask and ear plugs just in case. Overall, this place and Marty are wonderful and if this place is available, book it!!
We are 3 professional women in San Diego to attend conference at convention center. We would Uber in the morning (to get there by 7 am) and walk home in the afternoon. All beds were comfortable and bathrooms and kitchen adequately stocked.
