The villa is close to Rio Bueno where you can do white water rafting. It is on the sea front but that is only suitable for diving and snorkelling. It is close to our private beach. This private and exclusive villa is located on two acres of land in the quiet atmosphere of Discovery Bay overlooking the blue waters of the Caribbean Sea. You can go fishing and snorkelling at the back of the house. The sunny, swimming pool offers an alternative to swimming in the sea.

The Space
The property is large enough to accommodate for weddings, private parties, singles, couples, and large or small groups. Activities near by include 18- or nine-hole golf course, horseback riding, and rafting combining seclusion and privacy with easy access to all the island's attractions.

The property consists of seven bedrooms with built-in clothes closets and five bathrooms and maid quarters with bedroom and bathroom facilities.
There is also a drive leading up to the property and two integral garages plus parking spaces for more than eight vehicles on driveway.

Wonderful place to stay with the family. The house was enormous with plenty of extra space. Wayne was on top of everything when things broke or we needed something I would highly recommend this villa to all my friends and family
Great property, beautiful view, clean and comfortable.
This is a work in progress. Has the potential to be great, but is still comfortable as is. Nice property but needs more renovating.
