Seven Palms Villa is a beautiful 5 bedroom, 6 bathroom Jamaican Villa set on a two acre manicured estate, bordering The Jewel Runaway Bay Golf Course, just a short walk to the beach.

The estate is covered with a wide variety of flowering and fruit trees, including mango, ackee, bread fruit, pomegranate, coconut, sour sap, neeseberry, as well as loads of banana and pineapple plants. This Villa boasts all of the touches expected of a luxury home; air conditioned bedrooms, each with in-suite bathrooms, wireless Internet access, flat screen TV's, DVD players as well as a fresh water swimming pool.

The Villa is used exclusively during the summer months by Animal Camp Jamaica, a teen travel program with an emphasis on marine biology and island exploration. During the program's off-season, the Villa is available for rental.

It is an ideal location for a family vacation being in a safe location with lots of space and amenities for large families.

We have a lovely local grocery store that is happy to deliver all your food requests directly to the villa. If you tell us in advance, we can have all the items needed to prepare your first few meals on hand at the villa, upon you arrival. This way you can visit the grocery sometime in your first few days to pay the bill and purchase any additional groceries. (Groceries are a bit more expensive in Jamaica than in the US. But you can expect to find many of the same things. Including most of the popular kid friendly foods. Expect to pay between $5-$20 per person per meal, depending upon what you request.)

Our guest all tell us that one of the best parts of staying at Seven Palms Villa is the pampering that they receive from the staff. Brenda and Tina will cook your meals, clean your room and even send you home with a suitcase full of clean and pressed clothes. AJ will pick you up from the airport, and is a fantastic tour guide if you have an interest in visiting any of the areas attractions. Zachary and Sylvan will keep the yard beautiful and provide a wonderful tour and sampling of our many varieties of fruits and flowers.

Included in every one week rental is complimentary airport pick up and drop off from the Montigo Bay airport (MBJ)

Use of our van and full time driver is also available by the 1/2 day, full day or week.

We are the Martins! We own and operate two children's camps, Cub Creek Science Camp in Rolla, Missouri and Animal Camp Jamaica which is run right here at Seven Palms Villa during the summer months. We've been vacationing in Jamaica for years and offer our Villa for others to enjoy this beautiful tropical paradise. We sincerely hope that you will enjoy your stay here at the Villa and we are confident that you will return time after time. No matter what your desire; sitting on a beach drinking iced refreshments, snorkeling in the lush tropical waters, or cliff jumping at the Iris Blue Hole, you will most certainly find a place like no other here at Seven Palms Villa. We would go back tomorrow! Seven Palms is definitely the way to go, especially if you have children. The staff took the guesswork out of vacationing. We were met at the airport by the Villa driver. He even stopped on the way to the Villa to introduce us to jerk chicken! He was very knowledgeable of the area and helped us plan our week. The Villa itself is absolutely gorgeous and is more than enough room for our entire family. Each of our children got their own beautiful room. The Peacock room is my personal favorite though. Love the bathroom!!! The Villa staff was friendly and we loved being able to leave our children with them to run to the local market. The cooks were amazing! We told them we wanted authentic Jamaican cuisine for the week. They went to the grocery store with us and helped us purchase the food. After that, they took eating out of our hands and prepared the most delicious foods every meal. They even surprised the kids with brownies and smoothies! It was wonderful having access to two different beaches to explore and swim. We stayed at the villa for a week and easily could have just stayed in house without exploring! The driver was so knowledgable and helped us to find kid-friendly things to do. Glistening Waters is a must for anyone! He also helped to convert our money as well as alleviate any safety worries we had vacationing with children. Don't forget to ask him to take you to get patties! My son wanted to bring patties home with us!
