A newly built Florida villa with 3 bedrooms and heated pool (heat pump 10 $ / d), right on the lake. In 5 minutes you are by the sea, in 10 minutes in the shopping parade Port Charlotte. Absolutely quiet location, in beautiful nature, 5 meters from the lake.
The space
The beautiful location directly on a small lake surrounded by wild nature, invites you to relax and watch animals. Nevertheless, you are fast in the city for shopping or shopping. In 5 minutes you will find the peninsula Bocagrande, known for its mussel beaches. There are 5 golf courses nearby and we can arrange very cheap boat rentals to explore the many peninsulas and the sea. The house was purchased on 30 December 2014. All furniture, dishes, machinery, etc are new.

There are two new bicycles available. All toys, DVDs, books, computer games etc are new and free to use.
Other things to note
The house was home to turtles, rabbits, squirrels, giraffes, raccoons, white-headed eagles and many water birds. An alligator dwells in the lake, which one can see from time to time.

AvailableWe are a couple in their 50s and love the Floridastyle! We have furnished our house in this sense with much love. There is everything to live on, from the beach chair, bicycles, DVDs, games, books, bath towels to the new toothbrush. We would be glad if you could enjoy our house!
Magi's Place was great if you are looking for someplace peaceful.
We booked a four night stay at Mägi 's house to run away from hurricane Irma which was aiming at Miami at the time. The house was perfect and Mägi was very helpful during this stressful moments making sure we add everything we needed. Unfortunately after our first night Irma changed direction to the Florida's west coast. Facing this situation Mägi was very nice and proposed to refund the money for any day not used if we were to decide to leave because of the hurricane. After the second night we decided to leave and the refund process was quick and easy. I would return any day to enjoy the house better .
Magi was an amazing host. Even though she was in another country, she was very accessible and her sister was so sweet and helpful. The house is beautiful and we were so excited that we were able to bring our German shepherd with us. He loved the pool and exploring the area by foot, car and boat with us! The home is so well equipped with bikes, beach chairs/umbrella/cooler, tons of linens and pool toys. You can literally just bring your clothes!
Hello Magi. We spend lovely tome in your home. It was very clean, hommy and cozy. You have a great relaxation place which is decorated with a lot love. My son enjoyed the pool in pareticular and was very sad than we have to go home. Great place with beautiful view. Thanks again.
