So close to everything. Quayside Centre is just yards away, offering a food court with many restaurants and shops. Buses and Taxis are available within 50 yards. Enjoy 9-holes of golf at Club Rockley which is only 5 minutes away, or 18-holes at Barbados Golf Club 15 minutes away. The historic capital of Bridgetown is only 10 minutes away and the airport only 20 minutes.
Each Ground Floor unit has air conditioner and opens to the lawn and pool. Each 1st Floor unit has a balcony which overlooks the pool, opens into the cool Caribbean breeze, and has A/C also. The bedroom is equipped with a flat panel TV and cable service and free wireless Internet will keep you connected.
Our kitchenette comes equipped with stove, oven, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, utensils and crockery. Maid service once per week.

Have stayed here in several of Granville's apt's. Just the essentials folks--but clean and STEPS to all you will want for the barbados experience! I hesitate to be this positive as it may mean the units are unavailable for our annual winter vaca.!
First off don't believe the bad reviews, this place is very nice, clean, comfortable, good ac, wifi nice pool, right across the street from accra beach, quay side mall, bus stop right out your door. It is not the ritz but for the budget traveler you cant beat it. nice little kitchen , nice shower. Granville is very attentive to your needs. We left our cell phone in the safe when we left and he was kind enough to send it to us in the united states! We stayed in March of 2015 and we are coming back in March 2016 and very much looking forward to a return visit.
The apartment was everything it was advertised to be and Granville, the owner was there to greet us the morning after we arrived ( it was a late night arrival for us). Granville made sure we were were comfortable and was there to tell us about the area. He is a very kind and personable man. The apartment was small, which we knew and it had everything we needed and plenty of room for my husband and myself. Having the balcony was great and I spent lots of time out there in the morning with the little birds. The air conditioner was fantastic and the bed was comfortable. Wifi was great. There was even a cell phone provided for our use. The place was sparkling clean, and cleaned weekly. The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood, a very short walk to Accra Beach, Quay Side, restaurants, beach bars, bust stops and taxi stands. The people in the office were helpful too. Thank you Granville, you made us feel at home.
nice clean apartment at a great price only one block from Accra beach. a mall accross the sreet with everything you need and the apartment has a nice refreshing pool to cool off after spending the day soaking up the sun and the rum on the beach! good value for a studio apartment, very quiet too. I'd stay there again!
My husband and I stayed at the Merriville Apartment Building for 2 1/2 months (Jan. 12 to March 28, 2012) and it was absolutely fabulous. The studio accomodation was perfect, clean and spacious for 2 people. Granville provided us with the utmost hospitality and is a true pleasure to deal with. Location couldn't be any better than this. Ocean, boardwalk, shopping, groceries, night life was right at our finger tips and best of all very quiet evenings to relax after our busy days/nights. People in the building were so friendly, it felt like home. We would highly recommend this accomodation to friends and family without any hesitation, and we may return in a couple of years after travelling to another island. 10 Star rating!!!!!
