This Villa is perfectly suited for families who want to enjoy everything that a resort can offer (but not the prices). It faces the ocean and the rainforest in a magical stretch of land that gives a perfect spot for all that the island has to offer. There is a King( private bath) a Queen ( private bath) a bunk bed/tundrel ( 3 beds) and a sleeper Queen sofa in the living room with another bath. It is a split level with a pool steps away from the property. It is fully furnished and very modern. |

What a wonderful place, located exactly where we wanted to be. Easy to commute to excursions, San Juan, etc. Ana was amazing and very helpful. I had two 18 year olds and two 16 year olds with me and they were never bored, plenty to do, plenty to see. If you want a great home base for exploring the island, this is where you need to be!!
We had a great stay! Ana and her son Ian were so helpful and super friendly all along during our trip. Ian even met us at the airport and guided us to the house! The villa is fully equipped with everything we needed and in really good condition. And the location is perfect, nearby the rainforest, exciting food kiosks and great beaches. We spent a lot of time by the sea side pool and at the beautiful beach within the resort. We were a group five traveling, three adults and two kids, 8 and 6, and would highly recommend this holiday home anytime!
Excellent place to stay. Family of 5, 3 teens. Had a great time. Condo was near rainforest (we did two great hikes), adventure trips out of Fahardo (we went to culebra and Iocacos snorkeling and kayaking). But best of all was the beautiful beach and beachside pool in this condo complex. The host Ana was really nice and responsive to any of our needs. Clean, comfortable, open space. Spent a few nights cooking in the cool kitchen. Nice patio to relax in at night. A pool right outside the front door that we used a couple of times at night. Compared to the other choices we were looking at, we definitely made the right Choice. Highly recommended.
My family of 5 adults stayed 7 nights. The condominium was well equipped. There even were toys for kids and beach toys. There were 3 full baths, the beds were comfortable. The owner was very helpful. The beach was excellent.
The villa was very comfortable with plenty of room for our family of six. The owners were very accommodating making sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The owners had purchased a few items to get us started such as milk bread eggs....I was impressed with the fact that we did not need to purchase any essentials like laundry soap, soap for bathing, shampoo, paper goods etc.; the villa had everything we needed already stocked. The villa is located close to everything, San Juan, el yunque, places to eat (kiosks). Our family visits Puerto Rico a few times each year and we plan to stay in the villa again. It was a good experience and we felt that the owners were very honest and trustworthy. Thank you Ana and Ian for all your kindness.
