Apartment La Favilla is the bigger of the 3 apartment farmhouse. Is an independent apartment at the first floor level and can host 7+1 people. Apartment Description: Outside steps lead the covered terrace and entrance at first floor level. Large sitting/dinning room with fireplace. Door to a well equipped kitchen. La Favilletta is a lovely Tuscany Farmhouse built in mellow stone. It was a reclusive monastery during the 18th century, then a farm estate. In recent years it has been completely restored in typical tuscany rustic style, with terracotta floors, antique furnitures and beamed ceilings throughout. In our apartment you can use internet with a free wifi connection, a shared barbecue is placed in the garden and a loundry area with washing machine are also available. We have 4 bikes and during the summer season, we have a smal vegetable garden with salad, tomatoes and many other products. The farmhouse is pleasantly isolated with magnificent views across the Tuscany Arno valley and the famous forest of Vallombrosa, represents an ideal base from wich to explore Tuscany towns and their treasures (only 20 km far from Florence) and also for spending some relaxing days taking some walks in the paths near the apartments, discovering Tuscany villas, ancient churches in the close old road of Chianti Rufina and Pomino wines with many cellars where you can taste the typical local red wine. |

Booking deposit: a deposit of 30% of the total amount is necessary to finalize the reservation. The deposit must be payed with a bank draft or Paypal Minimum stay: 3 night (one week during the high season) For short stay (less then one week): the price is € 35 per person per night
