Sandy Ridge Villa is a way above average condo. It is beautifully decorated in pastel shades, and the unit was completely re-tiled, repainted, and mostly refurnished, in May of 2018. The furniture is high end and supremely impressive, with much of it hand made in Italy and shipped in. Granite tops in a uniquely open space kitchen and tiled floors throughout are just 2 such examples of the attention to detail that went into making this unit the beautiful condo that it has become.
Sandy Ridge Villa sleeps 6-8 people comfortably, but we do restrict occupancy to 6 to preserve the condition of this superb home. The bedrooms consist of 2 Masters, one with a King size bed and the other a Queen size. Both have full en-suite facilities. The third bedroom has 2 full size beds, and while it also has a bathroom attached, that bathroom does serve a shared bathroom for the rest of the home.
