The location is perfect, we are only a 3 minute walk to all the area has to offer like; dining, shopping at the El Dorado shopping center where you’ll find a grocery store, countless restaurants, a sports bar w/ billiard table, a bakery, pharmacy & more! The plaza next door offers another mini market, coffee shops, and array of dining options.

Walk out of your condo straight to the large lagoon style pool with a bridge and waterfall or bathe in the turquoise waters of the stunning Bavaro beach, just a few steps away from your condo. We have a small kiddie pool and a pool side bar/restaurant as well as its own private beach on the famous Punta Cana, Bavaro Beach. Just a few minutes’ walk to the right or left of this beach brings you to several other beach/ bar/ restaurants where tourist, expats & condo owners from all over the world visit. Stanza Mare and the area is one of the safest & friendliest places in the Caribbean.

Professionally managed by LVR team for complete customer satisfaction. They have an open-door policy for our guest as they are write here on site. We will direct you to the excursion of your choice and answer any questions you may have.

Our family of 5 stayed at Stanza Mare and worked with Linda and Vicente Rivera for accommodations. We could not have been more pleased with Stanza Mare or the Rivera's in helping us with a great family vacation. The condos are clean, modern and best of all, right on the beach. The pool area was also very nice. This Condo proved to be a very good value in a great area of Punta Cana, and we would highly recommend for others.

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday at Stanza Mare where we stayed in a condo managed by Linda and Vicente Rivera. The condos were clean and comfortable. Stanza Mare is beautiful and well kept, with the best beach in Bavara. Linda and Vicente were always available and always wonderfully helpful. A beautiful and warm vacation!
