Welcome to our apartments, to Pula, city over 3000 years old and to Adriatic Sea, one of the most beautiful in the world. Due to its geographical position and mild mediterranean climate, its preserved natural wealth and its cultural and historical richness Istria and Pula are popular destinations for a memorable vacations. Nature and man have been on good terms here for centuries. Those who want to escape the hustle of the city will enjoy the pleasant promenades, beautiful beaches and numerous small bays. You can sail, walk, dance, do sports, enjoy site-seeing or simply soak up the sun. Our house and apartments are located in the quiet suburb of Pula in the tourist neighborhood “Veruda Porat”. Apartments are in proximity of the house with separate entries. Our every visitor has the privacy but in need of advice we are not far away. All 5 apartments are *** category, newly build and furnished. They all have air conditioning (cooling/heating) and SAT TV, Wireless internet and solar water heating. There are parking places free of charge in front of house and a washing machine at your disposal. All guests are welcome to enjoy private space of the back yard with it’s large barbecue and tables suitable for a couple dozen people. Big (*** star) apartment on the ground floor is about 70 m2. It's suited for 5 persons (max 7). It has 2 sleeping rooms (with 2 and 3 beds), living room (with 2 sofa-beds), kitchen with dining area, bathroom (shower) and WC. In front of it is a stone paved terrace with table, chairs, large parasol (3 m) and barbecue for chilling-out.
Apartment studios are of the main road (just behind the house), two on the ground floor and two on the first floor. They are best suited for two persons. Every one of them is about 20 m2 and it has one multifunction room (with double-bed, kitchen, dining area, big closet…) and a bathroom. Apartments on each floor are divided with double doors in a way that they can be connected to make two 4-bed apartments (one on the ground floor and one on the first floor). |

All prices listed are for apartment studio for 2 people (we have 4 apartment studios), prices for big apartment are same as for 2 apartment studios. Tourist tax of 1 € per day and person is not included in price list
