Description

John Randall House is a large Victorian-Style home presiding over the very center of Provincetown. Three blocks and five minutes from McMillan Pier, we are literally moments from clubs, restaurants, boutiques, and amazing galleries featuring world-class art-and often, the artists themselves!

We offer ten smoke-free guest rooms, each unique in design and appointment and each furnished with either a Queen or Full Size bed, Cable TV, a guest refrigerator and Clock radio/CD player. Several rooms offer private baths for guests who prefer more privacy, and complimentary WiFi is available throughout the house.

John Randall House was originally constructed to the standards of the then town-doctor. After over a hundred years, this home has seen Provincetown evolve into a unique, historical, and vibrant collision of traditions and history.

We offer a continental breakfast each morning from 8.30-10.30am with pastries, English muffins, hot and cold cereals, milk and juices. We are absolutely happy to accommodate Vegan and other diet preferences (soy milk, rice milk, gluten-free pastries if you will inform us in advance of your stay.

Your hosts (and owners) Tim, Don, and Greg have literally decades of experience at all levels of the hospitality industry and we invite you to enjoy the John Randall House-and a season away from it all-here in Provincetown.

Our largest room, with hardwood floors and a tiled private bath with a full size tub and shower. Truly a relaxing space for two, it is finished in rich greens which echo the tree-shrouded views from the windows.
