All payment in euros. 30% of rental due immediately to secure booking. 70% of rental due when you arrive or by transfer to account.

Booking fee can not be refundable so we suggest a suitable insurance should be carried in event of cancellation.

Nice is called The Queen of Riviera. Fantastic town with a lot of museums like Chagall, Matisse .Shopping, famous Hotel Negresco

Nice have a great location. near to Italy, 45 minutes by car, high way, 1 hour with car coast line. Near to Monaco.Direction west Antibes, Cannes St Tropez.

Nice is fantastic. Old Town with its famous flower market, luxury boutiques in centre, a lot og art galleries to visit etc.

All seasons.

Good value of low price flight to Nice airport. Local bus in to Nice Centre, every 20 minutes.

Very easy to go by bus. 1 euro along the Riviera.

Nice , a town for all kind of peolpe and interestings!
