Description

Promenade des Anglais is located in the heart of France. Evade the hustle and bustle of home without having to segregate yourselves in the deep woods.

Enjoy the lavish new beds. The master bedroom has a Queen Size bed. There is a complete bathroom on the floors. The kitchen was recently refurbished and includes corona counter tops. There is a patio with seating for six where you can enjoy summer barbeque while star gazing.

Sit on the deck to eat and get pleasure from the vista or at the dining room table which seats ten people comfortably. The dining area is adjoining to our brand-new gourmet kitchen complete with granite countertops, 6 burner Viking cook top, warming drawer, and double oven.

The apartment also borders a beautiful park with complete children’s playground as well as a lighted beach volleyball court. It is very enjoyable to take a walk along the ''Promenade''. There is a lot of restaurants at the beach .It takes about 15 minutes to take a walk to ''Old Town'' and Nice Centre.

Rental rates depend upon the season and vacations, weekdays or weekends, duration of stay and amount of people.

Policy

All payment in Euros. 30% of rental due immediately to secure booking,70 % of rental due when you arrive in cash in Euro, or by wire transfer.. This payment can not be refundable so we suggest suitable insurance should be carried in event of a cancellation.

Refundable breakages deposit 300 Euro or GBP,to be paid in cash when you arrive,to be paid back when you depart if there is no damage.

Bedlinen, towel, bath towel/set to rent 20 euro/set/person. Paid cash in Euro when you arrive. Refundable breakages deposit.

Nice is called ´´The Queen of Riviera``. Lovely town with its luxury shopping, long beach, near to Monaco, Cannes, Italy.

French Riviera is known for its temperate climate.Winters are pleasant and mild,summers warm without humidity.The sea is warm for summer bathing and watersports.The Cote d´Azur has a long history as one of the most beautiful coastal regions in Europe.The Mediterranean laps against the safe and clean beaches.

Near to Monaco, Italy. Very easy and cheap to go by bus alpng the Riviera. Only 1 euro.

Good value of flights to Nice.British Airways, Ryan Air, Mr Jet, Easy Jet etc. Car rental at airport.

Bus, tramway and train. Fantastic to go by train to Italy. Beautiful coast line.

A lot of art galleries, art museeum´s etc.Nice also have a rich night-life for all taste.
