Description

The residence is constituted by 34 estate new realization units developed on 2 levels. The flats are particularly furnished and air-conditioned, equipped with independent entry and garden or balcony solarium, double services and equipped kitchens. Every estate unity takes advantage of car places protected by a bar with alphanumeric code and of cellar.

The Bar-Restaurant together to the 2 swimming pools ( one for the grown-ups, the other for the several childs ) the allietare task has the evenings of the musical guests with the organization of dinners and events to the boards of the lighted swimming pools, in the day instead, water courses-gym and entertainments of every kind are to our customers' service.

The urbanization of Princess At Sea, being far only few hundreds of meters, is able to offer a many range of services (from the rent of the bikes, up to the walks to horse) and reaches himself through a very striking road, which crossing the hundred-year-old pinewood, arrives as far as the beaches.

Policy

BOOKING
At the time of booking will be sent a voucher to the customer with the number of the apartment, the floor and the length of stay. The customer will also receive this prospect containing the terms and conditions of stay. The whole price must be paid before delivery of the keys: the 30% will be paid as deposit at the time of booking, the balance will be due within 10 days from the date of arrival. Only if the reservation is made in "last minute" the customer can pay the balance in cash upon delivery of the keys. In all other cases this will not be allowed.

ARRIVAL
The arrival must be on the appointed day, between 16:00 and 18:00 at the parking place of the Residence Via Rio Piccolo, Principina a Mare (the first street on the right as you turn from the crossroad to Principina a Mare). To enter the parking you have to pass the bar code: 2005 and the button on the leftside of the bottom of the keyboard. The person in charge of the check in/out will be at your disposal for the giving / picking up of the keys assigned to you. We inform you that you can not change the apartment number assigned at the time of booking. IN CASE OF DELAY PLEASE CALL IMMEDIATELY office tel. +39 0564 455970 or mobil number +39 3469677298 to avoid the risk to enter in the apartment the next day. Upon arrival must be shown for verification of registration, identity documents of the occupants and the voucher attached. If it is not paid the balance by bank transfer before your arrival (we mean the sum of the remaining 70% because 30% was sent to confirm the booking), this must be paid at the moment of the check in.

CANCELLATION
If the client needs to cancel the booking he must give notice IMMEDIATELY to the office and call +39 0564455970 from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 13:00. If the cancellation is made enough in advance so that the booking office would be able to book the apartment again, the money sent to confirm the booking will be returned to the client. Otherwise this is not returned.

RENTING
It is absolutely forbidden to host more people than is permitted according to the number of beds indicated in the contract. In this respect, children are considered as adults. The cost of the extra bed over 4 pax (adults and children) is € 50.00 per pax (adults and / or children) while the baby cot is free of charge (upon request and availability check). It is not allowed to use other stoves or electric heaters that do not belong to the apartment. All guests are required to respect the rules of each house and observe the common rules concerning the quiet, especially during the afternoon and night.

DEPARTURE
The apartment must be empty by 08:00 am and NO LATER THAN 10:00 on the appointed day. The customer must notify the departure ONE DAY BEFORE to allow the person in charge to check the state of preservation and cleanliness of the apartment. In case of early departure, the management reserves the right to withhold the deposit of the next step and then return it by post (expenses will be borne by Lessee), once carried out the necessary checks. Anyway, in this case must be communicated the different day and time of departure from the one given to the person in charge. THE APARTMENT MUST BE LEFT IN ORDER AND FREE FROM GARBAGE, THE DISHES MUST BE WASHED AND THE REFRIGERATOR EMPTY AND DEFROSTED.

DEPOSIT
At the moment of check in and delivery of the keys and has to be left the deposit of € 100.00 (€ 200.00 in the presence of animals) which will be returned on departure after the check-ups. If there is any damage to equipment or misuse of the same or had not been complied with point 5 (order, washing dishes and fridge empty and defrosted), the management reserves the right to keep the deposit as a compensation.

We found the flat nice and clean like on the photos online. It's spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The beach is large and free and easily reached by car or bikes.

Great holiday

I spent my holiday with my family and we had really very nice time. The apartment is clean and spacious, very confortable for the families with children. The swimming-pool is 1 minute walking from the apartment which is great. The beach is about 2 km far away from the apatment but we rent the bikes and did it every day without problems. It was a peasure to breathe the fresh air of the pine forest. I reccomend it.
