Elegant villa is a small development that is centrally located in Princeville on the spectacular North Shore of Kauai. This unique villa is surrounded in tropical vegetation and peaceful landscaping, and is really a collection of individually designed free standing townhomes available for nightly and weekly rentals.

 The large master bedroom with king sized bed, designed for a king or queen, and oversized soaking tub, will make your stay most comfortable. Unique unto this property is a second bedroom with queen bed, decorated as a private guest suite, which houses a full private bath. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, a television, a telephone, and ample closet space/drawers for hanging and folded clothes.

Kitchen is fully equipped with all small appliances, toaster, blender, microwave, coffee maker, pots and cooking wear. Laundry room is available with full size washer, dryer and electric iron.

The location is within walking distance of the Princeville Shopping Center and also Anini Beach by way of a 10 minute hiking trail. The Princeville St. Regis and Westin Hotels are within easy walking distance, and offer several restaurant choices.

The villa vacation rental rates $145 per night. Rates are subject to change without notice.
