Description

We are ideally positioned along the coastal Loe Bar Road. Where is this? Have a look at Contact Us for our location and village maps. But they are grouped together on or around the cliff top, overlooking the beach and Mounts Bay.

We have parking for each property in our own off road car park, which is only a minutes walk from all the accommodation.

Steps to the to the beach are only 40 metres away, which is ideal for swimming or a stroll on the sands. And it is only a few minutes walk down to the pier and centre of the village and harbour side, which is surrounded by a variety of cafes, shops, bakery, restaurants and pubs.

If you want to leave the car behind, then for walking or cycling, its out of your front door and onto the coast path or Cornish lanes. Heading either east or west with spectacular views all around.

We are open all year and have a selection of eight individual properties to suit all requirements and sleeping up to 7 persons. They offer spectacular sea and coastal views of the Atlantic and Mounts Bay. Three of these overlook the beach with balconies.

Policy

Properties are available from 2.00pm on day of arrival.
Departure time is by 10.00am
Deposit: 25%of total amount to be paid with booking. We will then send confirmation of the booking. The balance due 21 days prior to arrival. If booked within 4 weeks, please send full payment with reservation. For very late bookings, full payment in cash on arrival.
It is advisable to obtain a holiday insurance policy to cover your holiday in the event of having to cancel. Cancellation or non-arrival will result in a charge of 95% of the cost of the accommodation in the event of us being unable to re-let the property.
Bedding is in the form of Duvets with spare blankets available. We provide the linen for these. If you do require any additional sheets these are not provided. Towels are not provided.
Any breakages or damage to be paid for before departure.
Accommodation to be left clean and in the general order that it is found.
