Description

Come and stay at our pool home and enjoy all that the Treasure Coast has to offer, with miles of unspoiled beaches, year round fishing, lovely county parks and recreational areas.
The property has undergone extensive remodeling through 2015 and through into 2017 to a very high standard
.
This lovely spacious home is located on a quiet residential cul-de-sac, and backs onto an open area and small lake for added privacy.
 
As you enter, you will find our open plan living area, featuring a living room with comfortable Italian leather sofa seating, a dining area to seat 6, a recently remodeled and fully equipped kitchen, and the family room with large Smart TV, Bluray player Cable TV and audio system. High speed WiFi is available at the property and is included in the rates.
 
The house is tiled throughout, and has 3 bedrooms (all with built in closets) and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, dresser and tall chest for plenty of drawer space, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also a Smart TV in this bedroom. Views to the rear and of the garden and pool.
 
The other two bedrooms have views to the front, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds, they also have ample storage. They share the second bathroom, which features a bath with shower over. Both bathrooms have been completely refitted in 2016.
 
A folding wooden cot and Graco high chair (up to 3yrs) are both available.
An adult walker is also available.
Sliders lead from the family room out to the large lanai, which invites you to relax in the shade, or to soak up some sun in the brand new heated pool or on the deck area. The lanai has a large dining table with seating for 6, a comfortable love seat, sun loungers and an outdoor grill. The lanai and the pool are screened for your comfort, and lights at night, both in and out of the pool extend the use of this area for those lovely Florida evenings.
 
Outside of the screened area, the garden is fully fenced to approx 6ft with trees behind it. It backs onto a large open area and a small lake and waterway, which provides added privacy to the gardens. A gas grill is available for guest use.
We are pet friendly for friendly pets, and well behaved pets are allowed by agreement.

The Home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood near St. Lucie Medical Center, in easy reach of US1, Interstate 95 and Florida Turnpike, as well as a range of restaurants, eateries, shops and other amenities. A great home-base for enjoying Florida's celebrated surf spots at Ft. Pierce Inlet State Park and Jensen Beach. Also visit the weekly farmer's market in Ft. Pierce, or eat seafood by the water in Jensen Beach. Stroll through the artwalk in the quaint nearby town of Stuart, or visit Stuart beaches. Play golf or tennis at PGA Village The Premier South Florida Golf Resort.â„¢ Check out the nearby Mets Practice Stadium, take a bike-ride to Oxbow Eco center and walk through the wild palms, or enjoy River Lilly Cruises 'Wildlife Eco Tours.' Treat yourself to a shopping and spa day at Tradition Square, or shop the world class Gardens Mall in Palm Beach. Keep an eye (or ear) out for Jammin Jensen and the local Food Truck Invasions, both great events.
 
A little further afield, there are some great spots for snorkelling at DuBois State Park, Jupiter - take a picnick and make a day of it.
 
If you fancy a concert, have a check on Perfect Vodka Amphitheater in West Pam Beach - a popular venue with some great acts on. Nearest Golf: 1.8 miles (The Saints of Port St. Lucie Golf Course (public)) Nearest Beach: Jensen Beach a beautiful quiet beach with plenty of space and some great amenities nearby. About the Owner

About Colin Brown Just a couple with a dream of owning our own home in Florida. After many visits to Florida we finally arrived in Port St Lucie and we instantly felt very comfortable there. We have now achieved the dream and are happy to share our home with others - come and see what we found, we are sure you will like it. Colin Brown purchased this House in 2015 Why Colin Brown chose Port Saint Lucie We loved the location, close to everything yet quiet and private. Great neighbors, and loads of space at the back meant that whilst there was lots to do, we hoped that Lullaby would become a little haven and we hope you will find it has. The trees at the back plays host to a whole range of birds and the Bluejays are most often about. What makes this House unique Open plan with many improvements including completely replaced bathrooms and kitchen. Tiled throughout with new AC means the house is cool. The jewel in the crown is the new pool, lanai and enclosure installed in 2016. At 24ft long the pool is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the outside, free from attention from Florida's state bird.

This was our first experience with renting a home during vacation. The home was just as described online! I felt right at home when I entered. The pool was clean, and very relaxing. The gate around the pool was wonderful since we have small children. I would stay here again and again. Colin was quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall best vacation we’ve ever taken!

Everything was perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better rental property. Clean, spacious, and had everything we needed! I would not hesitate to book this property again. The beaches were also clean and uncrowded. We plan to return soon.

We shared this house with my sister—2 couples and 5 tiny cousins. More cousins and their grownups were in the pool now and then as our family reunited for a wedding week. Even hosted the bridesmaids for a poolside bachelorette party. We could not have been happier or more comfortable with this house. It is worth every penny. Beds were super comfy and the house was stocked with everything we could possibly have needed.

We had a great 3 night stay at this property. Although we were in town for a somber affair, this rental was the perfect place to come home to at the end of the day and spend time with family. Everything was geared toward guest satisfaction with lots of little extras that made the stay even better. Highchairs and pull out cribs relieved much of the stress associated with toddler travel. Some other features we appreciated were the games and dvds, and the very informative "handbook" explaining not only property features, but also information about the area. The property was very well kept and conveniently located - outside of town, but also close to amenities a traveler might need. The owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with. A couple of notes to the owner - although this was a great place to stay with little ones, some safety latches on cupboards with cleaning supplies and chemicals would be a nice addition. Also, only two of us took a quick dip in the pool (the Alaskans :) as it was very cold even though it was advertised as "heated". One last detail - we would have used the bikes but all of the tires were flat and we could not find a pump. Thank you so much for a great stay.
