This is a studio apartment which is a 1 bedroom unit. It includes a small Kitchenette and large bathroom with shower. It also has a closet, large dresser and New flat screen TV. Included use of this unit is the large resort style pool and 12 person Hot tub. In the Island Park Clubhouse is the excersize room nicely equipped. There is also a picnic area where you can grill your dinner with picnic tables. also there is a play groung area. This resort is part of the PGA Village which includes 4 Go;f courses and a PGA golf learning center. The beaches are either 10 miles north or south to beautiful beaches. If you like fishing this is the place to be. The NY Mets play there winter training just a few miles down the road. Winter is the time to really enjoy the sun here since winter time it seldom rains.These Condos were recently built, only 10 years ago as a resort and converted to condos. This is why it is such a great place to vacation. |

Accommodations were very good. Property Owner was very helpful and always accessible. Response time was same day. The property works really well for a single or couple wanting an extended stay.
The unit had everything we needed... the owner Edward called when we arrived to make sure we were comfortable.... the area is close to all restaurants, grocery stores, and pretty much anything you need! Would recommend this unit and the area!
I would recommend to book your stay Here a lot to do the pool and hot tub we're awesome was able to get some tee time in an also the gym is just a mile away
The place was small but very nice. In addition, it was very economical as compared to the price of a hotel room. This is also a much better alternative to a hotel room as far as quality of the unit. The location was great. The landlord was very attentive to any needs or questions. I recommend the unit to anyone looking for a short stay.
This is an efficiency with 2 queen beds, a small table with 2 chairs, a small fridge and microwave. It is fine for 1-2 people. Extremely clean. Furniture, beds and bath are great quality. Very convenient location. The pool is a quick walk and is wonderful. I did not use the exercise room and I do not play golf. I wasn't sure how to access the exercise room, but used a local gym instead(I could have called the owner to ask). Would be nice to have packet of info with directions on how to access the gym and locations of nearby restaurants and grocery stores etc. Washer and dryer are 5 steps away from the front door.
Unit was very clean and quiet. Ed supplies everything one would would need and is very responsive to any issue that might arise. Highly recommend!
