This condo was just purchased and is like new. It was never rented out and is furnished with all upgraded furniture. It is spacious and includes 1-1/2 baths. Dining room, living room, full kitchen and a screened in patio to enjoy that afternoon drink or a early mourning coffee.very clean with all new linens and towels. Also there is a private washer and dryer.This condo is located in the Castle Pines developement which is a guarded gated community.This is part of the PGA golf Community.There are 4 golf courses to choose from as well as the PGA Learning Center. This developement was built as a resort and includes a large pooland a very nice large hot tub.Also there is a playgroung for kids with a picnic area where you can grill your dinner and enjoy it on one of the picnic tables provided.Truly a vacation area where you have everything here to enjoy. Also there is nice excersize room to work in if you decide to do while on vacation.
We also have a B side to this condo which is also rented separately. Both sides can be rented together with a lock out door between. Private entrance for both the A unit and B unit. Photos to follow soon.
If you look at the photos starting with the 2 queen beds which are blue and green these are photos are for the B side. This is a studio apartment which is available as of 12-9. Let me know if you are interested in this B unit.

I rented this unit for the month of April 2018. It was clean, well equipped, and all I needed it to be. The bed was comfortable, the washer and dryer convenient, and the large screened lanai was really wonderful. The ceiling fan on the lanai was a lovely perk when enjoying the warm weather. The community pool is very large and has both sun and shade, with several umbrella tables available too. Restrooms available at the pool which is always nice. I felt completely safe during my stay, and I was alone there. Ed Simpson was great to deal with and responded the very same day to the one thing I needed help with (door lock got balky and needed some attention). He came that day and fixed it. The condo was clean when I arrived and I left it the same way. If you are a golfer ( I’m not) this would be a great place for you as it is part of the PGA Village. I was there to rest, shop, eat out, read, and visit surrounding areas . Stuart is great, loved Jenson Beach, the Weekend Green Market Downtown Ft. Pierce is wonderful for produce, live music, food, and arts and crafts. (Go EARLY or you can’t find a parking place within a mile) Highly recommend this rental, and if you are a solo woman traveler you can relax here in this safe community.
We loved the condo and the pool! Only drawback was having other people in the B unit. We could hear them and I’m sure they could hear us. But otherwise everything was great!
My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was functional and comfortable. It was clean and tidy when we arrived and we left it that way too. We would be happy to stay here again in the future.
