The house had ALL of the things we needed. Pics are exactly as described in person and I would most def. stay here again when visiting the area. My family of 10 comfortably enjoyed it and there was ample amount of space for us all. I would recommend for future travel.
This house was perfect for our trip! Everything we needed was included in the house, everything was clean and super nice and Lance was an awesome host. The location of the house was amazing because of all the restaurants, stores and the beach super close. Highly recommended staying here if you are looking for a house in the area!
This house was amazing and so cozy and comfortable! My family and I really enjoyed it especially those comfy beds! Lance was so responsive and sweet! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone!
Overall, the place and location are great. The beach is very nice, clean water, good sand, not overcrowded, and great restaurants and bars within walking distance. The house has many nice updates, an excellent and usable kitchen, three nice bedrooms, and the hot tub was night in the evenings. I used the grill most nights, and even the grill was very clean and easy to use. One of our main goals was to have easy access to the beach. The walk to the beach was about 15 minutes, and a little longer than ideal, but it was not bad at all and I walked there about 3 times/day. Because we had a baby and my parents are older, next time I might look for something a little closer, but honestly, I don't know that there were any homes much closer to the beach. All of the beachfront property were condos. I'm sure the condos come with their own pros and cons. Lance was great and was very responsive any time I had a question. The only issue we had was during check in, and I am sure this was a rare hiccup, but it is worth mentioning. Again, if it were just me, or a bunch of 20 somethings, I would not really mind, but because I had a baby and grandparents in tow, the checkin experience was less than ideal. We were supposed to check in at 4 pm, and when we arrived at the house at 5 pm, exhausted from traveling with a crying baby, 7 year old, and my 70 something old parents, we came to the home with loud vacuuming/floor cleaning. At that point, I'd rather the floors be clean, so I did not protest, but part of what you pay for is a pleasant checkin experience. We honored the time we had to checkin, but the place was not ready, and there was no apology or any kind of concession. Even with the slight checkin hiccup, I'd give the place an an overall 4 out of 5 stars. The checkin did not ruin our experience and we had a great time. Lance was a very nice guy, his home was great, and it would be a great place for a family, or a group of friends.
