Description

Our largest apartment, Maritime is always a favourite and very popular. This apartment is ideal for people who have limited mobility as it has two doors, one of which opens straight onto the patio and car park area (graded as Level 1 for the National Accessibilty Scheme).

It is suitable for a family of up to 5 and has a large twin bedroom. The sitting/living room is spacious and furnished with a sofabed and sofas, dining table with chairs, an original Victorian fireplace and paintings by local artists of Plymouths' cosmopolitan Barbican area. The bathroom has a shower/bath and wc and like all our apartments is non smoking. This apartment benefits from double glazing and there is a communal payphone on the landing.
