Description

We would like for you to be our guests in our 1,400 square foot single story home located within a mile of Historic downtown Wickenburg in the quiet and friendly neighborhood, named Pleasant Valley.
 
Our home was built in 2004 with some features that would make travelers with limited mobility a bit more comfortable. Please see our amenities. 
 
Wickenburg is named one of the Top True West Towns in America.  It has horses, cowboys, cowgirls and yes, even cows. To add to your out west stay we have decorated with a western decor to make you feel part of the old west and make your Stetson feel like it belongs here. Throughout the house are photos of our local events and attractions, such as Gold Rush Days and rodeo in February.
 
The master bedroom has a queen bed, 27” TV with cable, adjoining master bath with ADA shower and fixtures. The master bedroom also has a walk in closet. One of the secondary bedrooms also has a queen size bed and the other a couch/chaise and desk. You could say it is a 3 bedroom, but we only have two rooms for you to sleep in. There is a hall bath for the secondary bedrooms. The living room has a new leather couch and love seat arranged to watch the TV with DVD/VCR/cable. The dining is set for 4, but a leaf can be used to seat 6. 
 
In the front yard the covered porch with sitting area offers a view of the surrounding mountains and the quiet neighborhood. Out back is a small patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee.

50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.

We Absolutley loved our stay! The home is clean and wonderfully decorated. The beds are soft and the home is stocked with everything that you need to feel right at home. Wickenburg is a friendly town where you always feel like you fit right in. Love it!

We had a wonderful time - great break from the cold weather! The property is very well maintained and is in a nice neighborhood. Housekeeping came in each week and did a full clean of the house including clean linens. Lots of places to walk or hike if you want...golf courses are nearby also. We would definitely rent again. Thanks Scott and Louise for allowing us to use the home!
