Fully Staffed, ocean view at Playa Cofresi in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic. Enjoy spectacular sunrises over the ocean and beautiful views of the mountains from numerous balconies and verandas.

This spacious villa has approximately 4800 square foot of indoor and outdoor living space. Let our cook/housekeeper cater to your needs as you relax in this villa constructed in 2007, featuring two (2) living rooms, dining room, large kitchen, four (4) master suites with luxurious baths, private balconies that overlook the pool and with ocean view.  First floor master suite is handicap accessible. The groundskeeper will attend to the pool and help with any errands you may have. Sleeps eight (8) comfortably. There are also two (2) rollaway beds and a pack and play available upon request.

Policy

Rental Policy for Seis Amigos:

  1. To secure a reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total rental (tax included) must be sent to guarantee the reservation. After your vacation dates have been confirmed and the deposit is received, a notice will be sent confirming that the reservation has been secured. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
  2. Checks or money order in US funds are accepted for payment. Checks should be made payable to DRR and mailed to 23594 Keen Road, Chance, MD 21821.
  3. The maximum number of guests permitted in the villa is ten (10) adults and 1 infant.
  4. The rates includes the services of our cook/housekeeper, gardener, maintenance man, and night watchman. The cook/housekeepers hours are 8:30-4:30 p.m., Monday through Saturday and Sunday, 8:30 thru breakfast.
  5. The primary housekeeper should be tipped $3 US dollars per day per person (children included), the second maid and maintenance person $1 per person per day. Guests may certainly increase the housekeeper's tip if they wish to be more generous in view of the many services she provides. For groups of five (5) or more the tips will be paid in advance with the last payment.
  6. In the event of a cancellation, every effort will be made to re-rent the villa. If successful the payments will be refunded. If the villa is not rebooked for reserved dates, the rental amount is forfeited. Guests are encouraged to purchase trip insurance that includes the vacation rental. Numerous companies can provide this insurance such as www.insuremytrip.com or www.travelguard.com. Please read the policy details and know what is and is not covered for your policy.
  7. This is a family home and no local female entertainers/quests are permitted on the premises at anytime. Violation of the restriction will result in immediate eviction with no refund of the rental. This policy is strictly enforced.
  8. Minimum age to rent is twenty-five (25) years old.
