Description

Comfortable Costa Brava apartment located in a residential apartment complex located 150 m from the beach and 1.5 km from the center of Platja d Aro.

With a capacity of up to 6 people, it is equipped with a living room with double sofa-bed and satellite TV, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with a double bed, kitchenette (equipped with electric cooker with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer), bathroom and a furnished terrace. It is the perfect accommodation for your Costa Brava beach holiday. The resort also has swimming pool for adults and children, a garden and a free parking.

Baby cot available upon request for 6 € per day, the towels set will be charged at 5 € per week per person, safety box can be rented for 16€ per week. (These supplements must be paid at reception and in cash). The entry and exit cleaning, weekly change of bed linen, crockery and utensils, and water supplies, gas and electricity are included in the price.

Conditions: No pets allowed. Minimus stay of 7 nights all season from 16/06 to 08/09 (included) Checkin and checkout must be on Saturday, out of this days arrival and departure days are free.

Important: key collection will be in the apartments reception between 17h to 20h, if the arrival is outside these scheduled hours, an extra fee of 15 € will be applied, so please contact reception.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel up to 14 days before arrival without any charge.

If you cancel your stay 14 to 7 days before your arrival, the property will charge 50% of the total stay to the credit card provided.

If you cancel your stay of 7 to 0 days before entry, or customer doesn’t show, the property will charge 100% stay to the credit card provided.
