Our villa is an excellent choice for families and couples who want to get away from it all. It's backed up to the internal waterways of Rotonda. Well-equipped with everyday modern conveniences. Our villa is a perfect place to return to after a day at the beach, playing golf, shopping.
Our villa is situated in a charming, peaceful community with homes and recreation carefully placed amid nature reserves spanning thousands of acres. Rotonda is an area that caters to many interests. With its relaxed atmosphere and abundant wildlife, there is something for everyone. You have renowned golf courses on your doorstep, white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico abundant with sharks teeth and shells.
The villa is well equipped. There are bicycles, fishing rods, beach chairs and anything you might need for a day at the beach.

This property is as lovely as depicted on the web site pictures. It is beautifully decorated indoors as well as has "curb appeal" on the outside. The heated pool with waterfall is sparkling clean at all times & well taken care of ......the house was immaculate upon arrival.....the Management agency was here to greet us, show us around & and answer any questions.They also are reachable at any time of the day & took excellent care of the pool & the property while we were here, yet never interfering with our privacy. The house is in close proximity to stores/malls, churches, beaches & numerous restaurants. The write-up on the house (etc) is very accurate. You get what you see & more......It is also in a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely recommend this property to others looking to rent! You wnt be disappointed! We look forward to renting again next March!
