Take a break and relax in the peaceful mountain town of Pine just below the Mogollon Rim. Staying at the Beeline Guest House gives you a sense of Arizona's history, with an early settler's dwelling and old barn on the property. The Guest House itself has historic roots but has been updated with an upscale rustic ambiance. The rooms are nicely appointed and our guests enjoy a delicious full hot breakfast in our cheerful dining room. Experience the charms of this quaint little village with no stoplight and a 35-mile an hour speed limit.
The Beeline Guest House is an intimate bed and breakfast that offers three large spacious suites. Each suite has a King size bed, private bath and is uniquely furnished. As a guest you are welcome in all of the common areas within the house and on the grounds. The maximum occupancy per suite is 2 people.

Cancellation Policy
All reservations must be secured with a major credit card. Instead of cancelling we prefer to offer alternate date (s) or a gift certificate. If you must cancel the full deposit amount will be refunded less a $25 cancellation fee, if canceled within 7 days (one week) prior to the reservation date. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will result in forfeiture of deposit, unless we can successfully book the room, in which case we will gladly refund your deposit in full less the cancellation fee.
Terms and Conditions
One of the goals of the Beeline Guest House is to provide a welcoming environment for guests to relax and enjoy their stay with us. To assure each guest has a great experience the following policies exists. The burning of candles, incenses and/or oils is not permitted. Smoking of cigarettes, cigars, pipes and/or vapor devices is only permitted outside and away from porches, balconies and buildings. We love pets, but unfortunately are not able to accommodate them. In order to provide an adult retreat environment for our guests, please note that we do not allow children under the age of 18.
Please Note: Check-in is from 4 - 7 pm and checkout is by noon, Sorry No Exceptions!
A full hot breakfast is served each morning; beverages and snacks are available in the dining room. Room rates are lower for weekdays (Monday - Thursday) than weekends (Friday - Sunday). Generally the room rates are the same for one or two people in the room. Maximum occupancy for each guest room is two people. Rates are subject to change at anytime and may be higher on a holiday or festival weekends. We may also require a two-night minimum on weekends and special occasions. State and local taxes if applicable are not included in the quoted room rates. Reservations require a deposit of one night's stay or 50% of the room charges for multiple night stays.
