Enjoy the peace and tranquillity from the large deck which overlooks native bush reserve, Picton’s vibrant harbour and marina. Easy walking distance to town and waters edge is only 3 minutes from our apartment.

This luxurious accommodation is large, sunny and inviting. Master bedroom and lounge open onto a large deck with bi-fold doors opening the lounge onto the courtyard and lawn giving lots of indoor outdoor living.

Queen Charlotte Room= So named as it is fit for a Queen (and her King) This large room has a queen size bed and is decorated in romantic creams with a hint of warmth, co-ordinate beautifully with classic furnishings & fresh crisp white cotton bed linen & towels.

Echo Room = This beautiful peaceful room has 2 single beds. It is decorated in shades of Apple cream with fresh crisp white cotton bed linen & towels. Lie in bed & look out at the historic scow  ‘Echo’ & Shelly Beach.

Edwin Fox Room = This room has a nautical theme.  It has 2 single beds and is decorated in the colours of nature with accents of cinnamon & navy, giving a relaxed ambience.

Kitchen Dining- The large kitchen has a  fridge-freezer, full oven, microwave and gas hobs. It is fully equipped with everything a gourmet cook could require. There is cutlery, china and glasses for a setting of eight people.

Dining is adjacent to the kitchen for ease of serving. This superb kitchen/dining area lends to great social interaction with preparing the catch of the day .i.e., mussels, scallops, fresh fish, accompanied by some of the best local wines in the world.

Lounge- The lounge has soft inviting sofa to relax in and view the ferries coming & going to Wellington.
