Description

The Charming La Torre Dei Fagiani is part of a ancient farmhouse dating back to the 15th century. The farmhouse is located amongst the heavenly Umbrian hillside, surrounded by olive trees and vineyards but at the same time very near the historic Etruscan and Medieval heart of Perugia.

The main house has four large en-suite bedrooms, a media room and a garden studio room with a sofa bed and an adjacent full bath. The guesthouse is entirely self-contained and also has two en-suite bedrooms.

In its utterly tranquil setting, La Torre Dei Fagiani provides the perfect respite from exploring the Umbrian and Tuscan countryside as it is central to many medieval towns and villages: Perugia – a bustling university town.

Activities in the area are many beyond sightseeing and touring. Nearby horseback riding is available as is fishing. And of course, wine tasting and dining. World class wine tasting in the Chianti and Montevallo regions is an hour’s drive away and the area has numerous restaurants that serve authentic Umbrian and Tuscan cuisine.
